Gastritis - a disease of the stomach, accompanied by inflammation of its mucous membrane. The most common causes of gastritis are different intoxication: alcohol poisoning, poisonous mushrooms, low-quality food, chemicals, including some medicines.
Factors contributing to the emergence and development of gastritis, are too frequent use of cold or hot food, as well as the abuse of sharp spices (horseradish, mustard, hot peppers, etc.).
The disease in the acute form is accompanied by severe pain and swelling in the epigastric region, vomiting, loss of appetite, increased salivation, bad taste in your mouth. Often there fever, dizziness and headache, pain in lower abdomen, flatulence, and diarrhea. After acute gastritis, if not eliminated the reasons advanced, can develop chronic gastritis, which is characterized by an undulating course with periods of exacerbations and remissions.
Infusion herb basil with gastritis
Requires: 1 tbsp. l. Dry herbs basil, 250 ml of water.
Cooking. Chop basil herb, pour boiling water, brew in a sealed container 8 hours and strain.
Application. Take a third of the cup 4 times a day for 20 minutes before a meal.
Infusion of grass creeping thyme (thyme) with gastritis
Requires: 2 tbsp. l. dry grass creeping thyme (thyme), 250 ml of water.
Cooking. Grass, chop, pour boiling water, brew in a sealed container for 2 hours and drain.
Application. Eat 2 tbsp. l. 4 times a day before meals.
Infusion of harvesting fennel and other herbs
Requires: 1 tbsp. l. fruits of fennel, yarrow herb, peppermint, and centaury, 200 ml of water.
Cooking. Fruit and herb chop, mix, pour 1 tbsp. l. a mixture of boiling water, infuse 1.5 hours and strain.
Application. Take a third of the cup 3 times a day for 30 minutes before a meal.
