Herbs for Chronic Fatigue

The causes of the disease called "Chronic Fatigue Syndrome" is not fully identified. According to most experts, they are associated with a disturbance of normal functioning of the immune system, the periodic activation of several viruses that live in the body, as well as some other physiological changes.

Infusion of rosemary leaves in chronic fatigue

Requires 2 tsp. dried leaves of rosemary , 200 ml of water.
Cooking. The leaves are crushed rosemary, cover with boiling water, brew in a sealed container 50 minutes and strain.
Application. Take 1 tbsp. l. 3 times a day.

Broth gathering herbs for chronic fatigue

Requires 0.5 tsp. cardamom and cinnamon, 2 tsp. ginger, 1 tsp. turmeric and 250 ml of water.
Cooking. Chop all the ingredients, stir, cover with boiling water and boil for 5 - 7 minutes, then infuse in a sealed container 10 - 15 minutes and strain.
Application. Take 1/2 cup 3 times a day with milk and honey.

Infusion of sage leaves and leaves of Dubrovnik in chronic fatigue

Requires: 2 tbsp. l. dried sage leaves, 2 tbsp. l. Dubrovnik leaves, 200 ml of water.
Cooking. The leaves of sage and Dubrovnik chop and mix. Pour 2 tbsp. l. a mixture of boiling water, brew in a sealed container 20 minutes and strain.
Application. Take 1/4 cup 3 times daily before meals
