Stress is a special psychological and physiological condition of the body caused by the different life situations and events. Decoction of clove buds with stress
Requires: 1 tbsp. l. buds of cloves , 200 ml of water.
Cooking. The buds of cloves minced, add water, bring to a boil and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes, to insist in a sealed container 30 - 40 minutes and strain.
Application. Take 1 tbsp. l. 4 times a day before meals.
Infusion of marjoram under stress
Requires: 3 tsp. Dry herbs Oregano , 200 ml of water.
Cooking. Minced marjoram, pour boiling water, infuse for 30 minutes in a sealed container and filter.
Application. Take 1 tbsp. l. 3 times a day.
Infusion of harvesting caraway, fennel and other herbs
Requires: 1 tbsp. l. fruits of caraway , fruits, fennel , herbs motherwort , rhizomes of Valeriana , 200 ml of water.
Cooking. The fruit, grass and roots chop and mix. Pour 1 tbsp. l. a mixture of boiling water, brew in a sealed container 30 - 40 minutes and strain.
Application. Take 1/3 cup 3 times a day.
